Still Time to Enjoy the Flying Air Displays
We hope that you are enjoying the air show and ISTAT Chalet. Please note that Friday, 21 June, and Saturday, 22 June, are family days. Members are invited to bring up to five family members, and children of all ages are welcome. Please bring your family to the air show and continue to enjoy the flying spectacles and aviation entertainment.

ISTAT U 2.0 – Applications Open
The application for the 2019 ISTAT U 2.0 program (online version) is now available to qualified, current students at universities around the world. ISTAT U is a specially designed one-year (six credit hour or global equivalent) aviation finance and leasing program. Admission requirements and application instructions are available online. The deadline for students to apply for enrollment is Friday, 30 August.
ISTAT Humanitarian Grants – Applications Open
The Foundation provides humanitarian grants to global charities that are designed to help save lives, promote human welfare and alleviate suffering by way of air transportation. ISTAT Certified Appraisers attended the GE Aviation Appraiser Conference in May to receive updates on GE and CFM engines and to discuss engine valuations.
ISTAT Asia: ISTAT Appraising, An Introduction
ISTAT Appraising, An Introduction was held in Shanghai as part of ISTAT Asia. Olga Razzhivina and Andy Carlisle, both ISTAT Certified Senior Appraisers, presented to 27 attendees including representatives from airlines, OEMs, MROs and lessors.

Summer 2019 Issue
The summer 2019 issue of Jetrader magazine includes a full profile on Aircraft Leasing Ireland, a new organization that represents 33 aircraft leasing companies in Ireland, serving as the one voice to speak on behalf of the industry.
Also in this issue: a full recap of ISTAT Americas and ISTAT Asia. There is also a conversation with ISTAT President Gerry Butler, in addition to appraisals, ISTAT Foundation activity and aviation history, as well as a host of timely and useful content created specifically for ISTAT's diverse membership.
