Cancellation Policy Update for 2021 Events
While the past year and a half has posed many challenges for us both professionally and personally, coming together as an ISTAT community has become so important, now more than ever. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to hosting in-person events again, and at the same time, we are committed to accommodating your needs during this time of continued uncertainty.
Please note our updated cancellation policy for the remaining 2021 ISTAT events:
Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations will be fully refunded. Cancellations must be emailed to registration@istat.org for refunds to be issued. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Name substitutions are allowed to transfer a paid registration to another colleague. You may also apply a credit to a future event. Guest registration cancellations are also fully refundable. There will be no refunds for add-on option cancellations (tours, golf, Deal Zones, etc).
Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately. Please check hotel cancellation policies for details.
