Important Information About the 2022 ISTAT Board of Directors Election

In anticipation of the 2022 ISTAT Board of Directors election, please take a moment to review the following information.

Voter Eligibility

To qualify as an eligible voter, you must be a current ISTAT member in good standing for the 2022 membership year.

If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2022 and would like to do so, please find instructions here, or contact ISTAT at istat@istat.org.

How to Vote

Voting will take place through the ISTAT website, and members will be able to cast their votes after logging into their ISTAT member account.

Online voting will be available beginning at 8:00 Pacific Standard Time on Monday, 21 February and will close at noon Pacific Standard Time on Monday, 7 March.

There is currently one (1) open position on the board, and the term will run from March 2022 until March 2026. One ballot submission will be accepted per ISTAT member.

Eamonn Cronin: Executive Director & CCO, Acumen Aero
Tom Gathercole: Head of EMEA & Executive Vice President, Aircastle
Wolfgang Schmid: Vice President Sales & Marketing, EFW - Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH
Steve Welo: Partner, Split Rock Aviation

All candidates are members in good standing who satisfy the ISTAT bylaws criteria for individuals that may serve as ISTAT Directors.
