The inaugural ISTAT Executive Leadership Program established a strong foundation for the program’s next chapter.
For 2027, ISTAT is building on that experience and participant feedback to expand opportunities for coaching, mentorship, in-person connection and continued development. The program is also evolving to welcome a more broadly representative cohort of aviation leaders.
